partnerships with both clients and candidates across industries, especially in light industrial, Medical Services, Hospitality and Direct Hire Leadership/Management opportunities.
Keith’s background includes extensive experience in full cycle recruiting and business development. Prior to his time at SVS, Keith held multiple leadership roles in Sales and Business Development. Known for his consultative approach and strong communication
skills, Keith excels at understanding client needs and matching them with top-tier talent.
Originally from Campbell, California, Keith spent the first 20 years of his life in the South Bay before moving to Southern California, where he lived for the better part of 30 years. He accepted a Division I basketball scholarship from Cal State Northridge, where he was Team
Captain and MVP. He appeared in basketball-themed movies and commercials throughout the 1990s — experiences that shaped his competitive mindset, team-oriented values, and drive for excellence.
Outside of work, Keith is the proud father to two amazing adult children — David and Delaney — who continue to inspire him every day. They are his everything!
Keith enjoys the game of golf, even though the game doesn’t always return the feeling of love. He also enjoys a good cigar. Keith enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend, family and friends.
