Juanita started in the staffing industry over 30 years ago: Always giving the best of herself to provide the superlative service to both clients and candidates alike. She is very passionate about her job and goes above and beyond to get things accomplished.
Having started in the industry as a coordinator, Juanita has knowledge of every aspect of the talent management cycle. She understands and meets urgent requests without falter. Then moving into an On-Premise Manager role. During that time, Juanita managed large accounts with the employee counts toppling 1700. Today, Juanita manages the Fremont Branch and continues to excel in providing top shelf service to her clients.
While Juanita has a strong drive to meet all of her client needs, she does so with loyalty and deep concern that each placement provide the best opportunity for the client and the employee. When Juanita talks about her clients or employees you can feel how deeply she cares to insure each connection brings value to all. Juanita is a very loyal and caring person. She works hard to ensure that everyone is taken care of. She finds that the most satisfying part of her job is having helped people acquire a new job. Her hard work and commitment has enabled her to receive countless referrals.
When Juanita is not working on building connections in the office, she is doing so at home with her family. She is blessed with daughters, a granddaughter and many extended family members. She enjoys spending time with all of them and traveling. And you may on occasion, find her playing Bingo.
