Tish Norton began her career in the recruiting and staffing industry over 24 years ago. Along with her dedication and commitment to excellence, Tish is able to quickly understand the needs of her clients.

As the Director of Compliance and Safety, Tish works with the Leadership Team, Employees and Clients of the firm, to ensure a consistent workflow when it comes to insuring best practices, safety awareness, and training.

As an integral part of the Operations Team, Tish works to develop and enhance the organization’s recruiting program, policies, and procedures to align with SVS Group’s core values and culture.

Tish shares her energy outside of work by participating in various charities. She is an avid swimmer, licensed esthetician, and thrives on a healthy work-life balance. Tish and her entire family have been an integral part of the San Francisco community and continue to give back to community-based programs.
