Steve Allen is a business leader, best known as the co-founder of SVS Group. Born on the East Coast and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Steve’s educational journey commenced at University of Colorado, where he garnered accolades as an academic All-Big Eight selection. During his time at university, was also a four year letter winner as a member of the track and field team. This experience fostered his drive for perseverance, teamwork, and goal attainment, qualities that would later define his professional achievements.

Following his graduation, Steve capitalized on his passion for sales and embarked on successful roles with renowned companies such as Ernest and Julio Gallo Winery, where he served as an Area Sales Manager, and Boston Scientific, specializing in the sale of surgical instruments. Harnessing the knowledge and expertise gained from these experiences, Steve, along with Eugene Lupario, co-founded SVS Group. This pioneering organization has emerged as an industry leader, providing innovative workforce solutions across diverse sectors. Under their guidance, SVS Group has experienced exponential growth, cementing its position as a trusted partner for businesses in search of top-tier talent.

Steve’s commitment to his community is equally notable. Recognizing the importance of fostering youth development, he has dedicated his time having served on the board of directors for several youth sports leagues In Moraga California.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Steve finds joy in his personal life. He has been happily married to his wife Cassie for 25 years, and together they raise their three children, Lucas, a Cal Berkeley graduate, Arielle, a University of Washington graduate and Lleyton who is pursuing musical theatre at University of Michigan
