Melissa is the Director of Human Resources for SVS Group. With a strong focus on client and employee satisfaction, she excels in building partnerships, talent management, rewards programs, benefits design, and operational processes. Her HR career began at Ernst & Young LLP, where she managed talent, compensation, recruitment, and flexible work arrangements. Melissa then joined Deloitte Consulting, working alongside Janet Foutty, the first female CEO. Most of her career was at Panduit, where she supported various functions, implemented onboarding programs, and led succession planning, architected organizational structures, and developed training programs. Melissa’s expertise also includes coaching leaders globally and leading change management and communication initiatives. Melissa holds her Bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier University and her Master’s degree from Loyola University. In addition, she holds certifications from PROSCI in change management, and the Korn Ferry/Lominger certificate for Leadership Architect. Outside work, she treasures time with her family and actively supports community organizations such as, Chicago Cares, JDRF, and the Ronald McDonald House.
