Eugene Lupario is a highly accomplished professional known for his expertise in the field of staffing and business solutions. Born and raised in Connecticut, he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for success from an early age.

After completing his education at the University of Michigan, he ventured westward and settled in San Francisco, where he embarked on a rewarding career with the renowned E & J Gallo Winery.

During his time at the Gallo Winery, Eugene displayed exceptional talent and dedication. Starting in sales, he quickly made an impact, leveraging his strong interpersonal skills and business acumen to drive growth and achieve outstanding results. His performance led to increased responsibilities, where he eventually transitioned to the role of a Sales Manager overseeing nearly 100 sales professionals.

In 1996, Eugene Lupario co-founded SVS Group alongside Steve Allen. SVS Group quickly became a prominent player in the staffing industry, offering comprehensive solutions to clients across the country. With Eugene’s strategic vision and leadership, the company thrived, providing unmatched staffing services and forging lasting partnerships with clients.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Eugene Lupario is actively involved in community initiatives. He believes in giving back and making a positive impact on society, embodying the values of compassion and social responsibility. Eugene has been involved in Camp Okizu, an organization whose mission is to help all families affected by childhood cancer. In addition, Eugene volunteers at local food banks and other non-profit organizations.

Eugene Lupario has been happily married to his wife Janette, for over 30 years. And together they have been blessed with two wonderful sons, John and Andrew.
